I had the distinct privilege of working closely with Madhan Mohan for over 10 years. Madhan joined my company as a mature, newly graduated Naval Architect. Prior to this Madhan worked as a professional experienced Master Mariner (and continues to do so). This combination of qualifications, competence and Madhan’s work ethic resulted in Madhan being a great asset to my company.

Madhan quickly demonstrated his ability to manage complex projects, optimising system design, consistently delivering safe and efficient results with exceptional attention to detail.

His excellent ability to communicate with clients and other members of the engineering team, retain staff and problem solve, quickly demonstrated Madhan’s leadership skills that led to Madhan assuming the role as Engineering Manager.
